General information on processing
We process personal data only as far as necessary to provide a functioning website and our content and services, or where consent or another legal basis under Art. 6(1) GDPR applies.
Hosting
This website is operated with a professional hosting provider. Server log files (e.g. IP address in truncated/anonymised form, date and time, requested page, referrer, browser/OS) may be processed where required for operation, security, and stability (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cookies and consent (Complianz)
We use the Complianz consent-management plugin to obtain and document cookie and tracking consent in line with applicable rules. Strictly necessary cookies or storage may be set without consent where required to run the site. Optional statistics or marketing technologies are activated only after your consent, where granted via the banner. You can change your choices at any time via the Complianz consent dialog or the site’s cookie settings.
Statistics (Burst Statistics)
Where enabled or consented, we use Burst Statistics to understand site usage (e.g. page views) and improve the website. Where Burst processes personal data, this is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) or — if configured in a cookieless/anonymised, privacy-compliant way — possibly legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Details and withdrawal options are available in the cookie banner / Complianz settings.
Fonts (Google Fonts)
For consistent typography we load fonts (Source Serif 4, Instrument Sans) from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC). When you visit the site, your browser may connect to Google servers; technically necessary connection data (in particular your IP address) may be processed. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in consistent, performant typography (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or — where required — your consent via the consent banner. More information: Google Privacy Policy.
Contact and PR Assessment form
If you contact us by email or via the PR Assessment form, we process the details you provide (e.g. name, job title, email, company URL) to handle your enquiry and follow up. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual/contractual steps) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). Data is retained only as long as needed to process the request or as required by law.
We link to our company profile on LinkedIn. When you visit LinkedIn, LinkedIn’s privacy policy applies. We do not receive an automatic transfer of your personal data merely because of the link on our site.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have, in particular, the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Changes
We may update these notices when the law, technology, or our services change. The version published on this page applies (as of September 2026).
