Communications agency · PR at the core

We don’t just think along. We think ahead.

We understand what our clients need to achieve, look beyond the brief, and build communications that fit the company, the market, and the goal.

01Approach

How we work

We don’t just think along. We think ahead.

Strong communications start with understanding what our clients actually need to achieve. That’s why we think with you, ask hard questions, and look past the assignment. We bring our own ideas and build solutions that fit the company, the market, and the goal.

We think with you — and beyond the brief. Personally, directly, with an entrepreneurial eye.

We keep a close eye on what’s next — without chasing every trend or buzzword. We pressure-test what truly matters, spot the openings, and turn them into concrete recommendations and action.

In the end, we care less about how clever an idea sounds — and more about what it delivers.

02Agency

About the agency

New perspectives are our tradition.

euromarcom is an owner-led communications agency with PR at its core. Today Andreas and Tabea Dripke — father and daughter — lead it together, shaped by two generations and a shared insistence on continually rethinking how brands communicate.

When Andreas founded euromarcom in 1979, IT and high-tech PR in Germany was still largely uncharted. He saw early what technology would mean for business and society, and helped establish euromarcom as one of the pioneering agencies in the field. Since then, the agency has not only accompanied new markets — it has helped shape their change.

Tabea’s years in London — in an environment where brands, culture, and communications never sit still — sharpened her sense for people and markets, emerging currents, and what keeps a brand relevant beyond the moment. Her work across communications, marketing, consumer research, and social media shaped that lens.

What connects euromarcom across generations is a forward tilt: openness to new perspectives, and the habit of thinking communications one step further. We evolve with our clients, markets, and opportunities — while staying true to what good communications require.

Owner-led. Internationally connected.

Across DACH, Europe, and beyond, euromarcom has long supported international clients and cross-border programs. For companies looking to establish themselves in Europe, we are a pan-European PR partner and the single point of contact for the markets that matter. At the same time, we help DACH companies expand internationally and build communications beyond their home borders. Which markets are in scope follows your goals. We also support other agencies as a reliable PR partner on international work — when they want to accompany clients in communications but don’t cover PR themselves.

We combine one strategic line with established media relationships and global expertise. Strategy and coordination sit with us; execution is market- and media-specific where it counts.

For specialized needs, we flex our core team with an experienced network of project and interim managers, creatives, and specialists — assembling exactly the expertise each project requires.

03Services

Services

Communications that work as a system.

Great communications are rarely a single tactic. They happen where the right disciplines lock together toward one goal. That’s why we don’t treat PR, content, social, and strategy as silos — they’re parts of a larger whole. Sometimes a focused move is enough; sometimes impact only comes from the interplay. We assemble the mix that actually fits your goals.

Media & Public Relations

The right stories. The right media. The right attention.

PR is euromarcom’s core — and for us, far more than sending press releases. We develop themes and stories that matter to journalists and their audiences, position companies and their leaders, and build media relationships that last. We don’t think in one-off placements. We think in sustained visibility and a position that compounds over time. From the first strategy through story development and content to targeted media outreach, we guide clients through the full PR process.

  • Strong media work starts with the right story. We identify themes, craft angles and formats, and place them with the outlets that care. That includes press releases as well as interviews, bylined articles, commentary, background briefings, and timely topic pitches. We combine long-built media relationships with ongoing research and a feel for what newsrooms are wrestling with right now.

  • Companies communicate well beyond their products. We help them carry their position, expertise, and momentum outward — from corporate news and strategic themes to positioning executives and experts. The goal is consistent communications that build profile and trust over time.

  • For international companies looking to address Europe, we act as the central PR partner across borders. You decide which markets matter; we develop the shared strategic line and coordinate communications in each country. We combine established media contacts with local market and media expertise — Europe-wide reach with a single point of contact.

  • A strong interview lives on clear messages and composure when questions turn unexpected or critical. We prepare CEOs, leaders, and company spokespeople for media conversations, sharpen core messages, and rehearse real-world scenarios.

  • When communications get sensitive, clarity, speed, and preparation matter. We help companies spot communication risks early, set roles and playbooks, and communicate calmly and consistently when it counts — covering both strategic readiness and live crisis situations.

Content & Social

Content with something to say.

Good content doesn’t exist because a channel needs to be filled on schedule. It starts with what a brand has to say, who it needs to reach, and which formats actually matter. We develop strategies, themes, and formats that fit the brand and its audiences — and we connect content and social with PR and the rest of the communications mix wherever that multiplies impact.

  • We build social media communications that fit the brand as much as the people it needs to reach. From strategic direction through themes and editorial planning to ongoing content development, we create a consistent presence — and make sure social doesn’t run beside the rest of your communications, but complements it.

  • The right partnerships don’t come from reach alone — they come from credibility and a real fit between brand, creator, and community. We support strategy, selection, and outreach, and develop collaborations that sit naturally inside a brand’s communications.

  • From a single expert piece to a long-range content strategy, we develop work that makes expertise visible, tells stories, and gives brands a clear profile. We design themes, formats, and editorial plans and create content for different channels and audiences — always with one shared narrative line in view.

Brand & Strategy

Clearly positioned. Ready for what’s next.

Communications only compound when it’s clear what a brand stands for, who it needs to reach, and which themes it can own. That’s why, when needed, our work starts before the communications themselves. We help companies sharpen positioning, develop communications strategies, and turn change into an advantage early — from brand stewardship to the question of how companies stay visible in a world shaped by AI and new media habits.

  • A strong brand needs more than a look. We clarify what a brand stands for, how it differentiates, and how that positioning shows up consistently in its communications. We support both the strategic evolution of existing brands and new positioning and market entries.

  • Which audiences do we need to reach? Which themes can we own with credibility? Which channels deliver the most impact? We develop communications strategies that turn business goals into concrete priorities, messages, themes, and actions — a clear foundation for everything that follows.

  • AI-powered search and answer systems are changing how people find companies, brands, and information. Generative Engine Optimization is about thinking visibility not only for classic search engines, but also for AI systems. We analyze how companies and their themes show up in this new information environment, and we connect GEO with PR, content, and strategic positioning. Because for AI, too: visibility starts with relevant, credible, and easily accessible information.

  • Understanding generations means more to us than knowing their media habits or the latest trends. People are shaped by different social, economic, and technological conditions — and with that, needs, expectations, and decisions shift, as does how they seek information, perceive brands, or trust companies. Generational insight helps recognize those differences without sorting people into birth-year boxes. For companies, that becomes a strategic question: Who do we want to reach today and tomorrow — and do we really understand those people? A strong brand, a good product, or a compelling message can miss if communications, channels, or the customer experience don’t fit the people. And “younger” is by no means automatically “more digital”: in an increasingly digital world, personal encounters, physical experiences, and intentional offline moments can matter more again. We translate that understanding into concrete brand, communications, and business decisions — from positioning and campaigns through content and customer experience to employer branding and internal communications. We treat generation as one dimension of audience understanding, not a rigid grid. Companies don’t need to please every generation. But they should understand the generations that matter to their future.

So what does your company actually need?

Not every company needs everything — and not every brief needs a big campaign. Sometimes focused media relations is the right start; sometimes it’s a clearer position, better content, or several disciplines working together. We’ll look at where you are, what you’re aiming for, and which moves will actually make sense.
