The Bodo Möller Chemie Group restructures Israel branch

The exclusive Israel distributor of Huntsman Advanced Materials expands the team

Offenbach am Main, Germany/Tel Aviv, Israel, July 19, 2022 – Offenbach-based Bodo Möller Chemie Group, the worldwide operating specialist for specialty chemicals, keeps expanding its branch in Israel and is restructuring the team for this purpose. For the Israeli market, the Bodo Möller Chemie Group is the exclusive distributor and technical specialist for the Huntsman Advanced Materials products. These include epoxide-based base resins, formulated systems and special components. The Israel branch, which was established in 2017, has its own warehouse and also provides all logistics services in the country independently.

The aerospace industry in Israel  
Jürgen Ihrybauer remains Managing Director of Bodo Möller Israel, while Sven Esders takes over the Business Development Department as member of the management. Esders, who studied law, has been working at the Bodo Möller Chemie Group since 2008. Most recently, he was in charge of business development for Asia. “The electronics industry is the largest manufacturing sector in Israel and is characterized by strong growth dynamics, for example in the aerospace industry. Even during the corona crisis, the growth phase of the electronics industry has continued. In this respect, we are glad to be directly on-site with this location, so we can advise and supply the local industry,” says Frank Haug, Chairman of the Board of the Bodo Möller Chemie Group.

Expansion of the Huntsman products  
David Gabay assumes the position of Import/Export Manager as well as of Customer Service and will likewise become part of the management team of Bodo Möller Chemie Israel. The distinguished manager studied logistics at the University of Jerusalem and worked a total of seven years at the logistics company STS. For three years, Gabay worked for the industrial gas manufacturer Oxygen & Argon. He has been employed at the Bodo Möller Chemie Group in Israel for twelve months in the area of import/export and in customer service. “Our goal is the continued expansion of our corporate activities in Israel and the further optimization of our service and performance level, focusing on Huntsman products such as Aradur® and Araldite® for the aerospace industry,” explains Jürgen Ihrybauer, Managing Director of the Bodo Möller Chemie Group in Israel.
