The Bodo Möller Group keeps expanding the one-stop-shop for composites
Offenbach am Main/Germany, November 18, 2021 – In collaboration with the AVK – Industrievereinigung Verstärkte Kunststoffe e.V. – the JEC Group has organized the JEC Forum DACH. Every year, the event should take place in another place in Germany, Austria or Switzerland and, apart from the JEC Paris, become the meeting place of the composite industry sector. The kick-off is supported by the Offenbach-based Bodo Möller Chemie Group as sponsor, which additionally presents the portfolio related to the complete composites value-added chain. The first event in the new format takes place at the Messe Frankfurt “FORUM” building in Frankfurt am Main on November 23 and 24, 2021. The Bodo Möller Group will be present there with a team of experts (booth B8) and keep expanding the offering as one-stop-shop for specialty chemicals with a new service. “We are seeing a growing demand for special process development services tailored to the needs of the manufacturers. With customized cutting service for glass fiber fabric, we can deliver the material in the requested lengths. In addition, the one-stop-shop concept allows our customers to procure all materials – from mattes all the way to resin, adhesive and coating – and they benefit from getting them from one single source and from our know-how,” says Frank Haug, Chairman of the Board of the Bodo Möller Chemie Group.
Production-geared delivery
The company is considered an expert for composite and tooling materials and, apart from the delivery program ranging from formulated epoxy resin systems, fiber reinforcements, block materials, mold construction silicones, cast resins, laminating resins and gel coats, also offers coupling layers and adhesives for composite bondings. Textiles are ordered from the specialist Porcher Industries, other materials from leading manufacturers like Huntsman or DuPont. With Ureol®, the Bodo Möller Group produces its own block material.
